This serves to thank all hobbyists for your support and participation. I have to close the entries to the Buggy event, we have reached the absolute maximum in terms of numbers. As for the Fun Truck event, I think we still can take one more entry.
Due to the high number of entries, the following shall be adopted:
1. There shall be 3 runs for each heat, all heats shall be run on Saturday.
2. There shall be no heat runs on Sunday.
3. Since Sunday is dedicated for finals only we are able to let the trucks do a X'mas tree. The X'mas tree finals will allow the drivers to have an added chance to qualify into the Main Final.
4. The tentative time table has been updated, you can have a look at it from the link below.
5. Please be punctual, we will start on time.
6. We will have to run each heat with 12 drivers, in order to accomodate everyone.
7. The lower sub finals will also be run with 12 drivers with the top three finishers being bumped up to the upper sub final.
8. There shall be no sit outs, all will run in a sub-final.

Tentative Timetable & Entry Forms
Hello everyone,
I've received feedback from fellow hobbyists, local an aboard regarding entry forms. I've created them here for your perusal.
Overseas (Non-local) participants: SELECT HERE
Local participants: SELECT HERE
Local participants can also register online here: SELECT HERE
Tentative Time Table: SELECT HERE
Current Registration List: SELECT HERE
First and foremost a zillion Thanks for all your support and participation. As all can be seen, the available seats are filling up fast and I still have indication of more to come. Therefore, I would like to appeal to all the locals, who have not confirmed your entry with payment to please do so soonest possible and update RCTECH.net. I really won't want to start a waiting list and surely I won't want to bump your names off the list. Thanks for your cooperation.
There is a surge in Trucks. At the moment it is in my own best opinion that the driver-stand cannot take more than 12 drivers each Heat, so 24 entries is the maximum. As it is now, you can see that there will be already 10 heats. The time table is already very tight for a 2 day event and I don't think I could squeeze in another heat, but I will still be exploring.
